There isn’t an exact ’cause’ that is known for migraine headaches, but what is known is that certain events or substances can lead to them. The are known as ‘triggers’. Some of those who suffer from migraine can easily identify the triggers or the factors that end up leading to a migraine, but most cannot.

The potential triggers include allergies and some allergic reactions. It also happens that bright lights, loud noises, along with certain odors or perfumes are triggers. Alcohol could also be a trigger as you should know that you can experience a hang over after drinking the day or night before.

Relieving stress is very important in the prevention of migraines, since the most common reason for migraine headaches is everyday stress. Change in sleep routines and physical stress also can be triggers. Even eating certain foods or skipping meals may also result in migraine headaches.
